The following customer-facing products and services are offered:

• Custom personal videos — 10 minutes, €99, produced per individual customer brief.
• Pre-produced digital videos and photo sets — delivered as digital downloads.
• Worn lingerie and clothing items — physical goods (categories: thongs/strings, bras, tights, socks, sets, extras), shipped in discreet packaging.
• Add-ons — wear duration extensions (24 / 48 / 72 hours), wearing photos and short clips, packaging extras (selected on the product configurator).
• Bundles — when a customer orders 3 or more eligible items, a manual discount is applied by the creator at order processing time. Discount is not auto-deducted at checkout in the current build.

5. Pricing & Billing

• All prices are displayed in EUR including 20% Austrian VAT (MwSt.).
• Shipping is included in the price for physical goods. Shipping range: Austria and Germany only.
• Payment processor (when live): CCBill.
• Billing descriptor on cardholder statements: charges will appear as a CCBill identifier (e.g. CCBill.com*Klamsineor a similar unique identifier provided by CCBill upon merchant approval). The exact descriptor format is set by CCBill as the registered payment processor
• CCBill merchant account / sub-account ID: assigned by CCBill at merchant onboarding; the registered identifier will be referenced in customer-facing transaction records and support tickets once issued

6. Delivery & Fulfillment

• Digital content (custom videos, photo sets, pre-produced video) — delivered by personalised email with a download link after the creator has produced and reviewed the content. Standard turnaround for custom commissions: 3 to 7 business days from receipt of payment.
• Physical worn items — shipped in discreet packaging after the agreed wear period (24 / 48 / 72 hours, selected at order time). Tracking and delivery times depend on destination and chosen wear duration.

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Custom-commissioned digital content (personalised videos) is non-refundable once production has started, in line with EU / Austrian consumer law for personalised digital goods.
• Worn physical items (intimate apparel) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, in line with EU / Austrian consumer law on sealed / used hygiene goods.
• Customers may cancel an order before production or shipment has started by emailing customer support.
